Hop Along Kids Occupational Therapy is an established and well respected paediatric service, providing the highest quality support and intervention to our clients, their families and to our local schools and early childhood centres.Hop Along Kids Occupational Therapy provides family-centred services to children in the Maitland and the Lower Hunter Valley areas. Our staff use an evidence-based approach that embraces neurodiversity, values the uniqueness of each child and fosters an inclusive environment for all children.
We are a fun and dedicated team of Occupational Therapists, supporting children to successfully participate in everyday activities. Our aim is to support children to thrive across all areas of their life and to assist them to reach their full potential. This includes improving their movement/gross motor skills, improving their fine motor skills, supporting their play and social skills, facilitating resilience and self-esteem, exploring their sensory needs, enhancing their ability to concentrate and engage in school activities and other meaningful activities in a child’s life.
